The paper assesses the research projects progress of principal agent s competitiveness and reward-related contract, and points out development trend of future research in the field along the clues of principal agent s possession of property and contract reward distribution, governance mechanisms competitive binding and contract distribution to principal agent, asymmetric information and the principal agent s competitive and contract distribution, and the principal agent s personal characteristics as well as contracts reward imbalance.
